Effective April 1, 2026, PHC Group renamed and reorganized some business units. The name changes are intended to provide stakeholders with a clearer understanding of our businesses. Through the reorganization, we will further strengthen our business foundations in line with the Value Creation Plan 2027 by establishing the organizational structures needed to accelerate business expansion in growth areas.
