PHC Group Establishes Third Party Code of Conduct

PHC Group has introduced the PHC Group Third Party Code of Conduct as a set of standards and expectations for all organizations and partners with whom we do business.

The Code is an enhanced version of our former CSR Procurement Guidelines, and was developed to apply to more types of organizations and further advance responsible business conduct across our value chain, not just in procurement.

The Third Party Code of Conduct sets out PHC Group’s expectations in key areas including labor and human rights, occupational health and safety, environmental responsibility, ethics, and management systems, in alignment with internationally recognized standards. In recognition of the unique responsibilities of the medical and healthcare industry, the Code also covers topics such as patient safety and access to information.

As part of our global ESG activities, PHC Group will use the Code to guide dialogue and collaboration with third parties with the goal of working together to build a more responsible and sustainable value chain.
