PHC Group Obtains Third-Party Verification Greenhouse Gas Emissions for FY24

PHC Group has obtained third-party verification for its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data for Fiscal Year 2024 (April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025), based on the international standard ISO 14064-1:2019. The verification organization, LRQA, issued an Independent Assurance Statement covering PHC Group’s data on its Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions.

We are committed to achieving the following mid- to long-term GHG emission reduction targets and ensuring transparency through regular disclosure of emissions data and progress.

• •By 2030: Achieve 42% reduction from a 2023 baseline in Scope 1^*1 and Scope 2^*2 emissions, while also reaching 25% reduction from a 2023 baseline in Scope 3^*3.
• •By 2040: Achieve Carbon Neutrality in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions,
• •By 2050: Maintain Carbon Neutrality in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, while also reaching Net Zero emissions in Scope 3.
